Aim of Emerging Leaders Program

The aim of this leadership program is to develop in each individual the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to grow and develop as effective leaders in the modern workplace.

Program Duration & Location

The Emerging Leaders Program consists of ten modules delivered over a 12 month period. Conducted either online or (preferably) in person to get a more personalised and hands-on experience.

Contact hours are one day per month, and participants will be required to do coursework in their own time throughout the program.

Program Structure

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed for both aspiring leaders and individuals already in leadership roles; both will benefit from the foundational training the program delivers by giving them the competencies and confidence to build a successful leadership career. The program can be customised to the organisation's particular requirements and circumstances. Get in touch and tell us what you need.

Participants will be required to formulate their own personal leadership model that will underpin and inform their own leadership practice.

Course Outcomes

The outcome for participants is they will be effective, informed and confident leaders whilst organisations will achieve higher levels of productivity and overall results through the active and effective leadership of program members.

Number of Participants

10 to 20 in each group; should there be a requirement for more, adding a separate course group can be negotiated with the client.
