Rather than a generic “this is how to be an effective public speaker” course, the Marcher People Solutions Presentation Skills Masterclass  is structured in such a way that it addresses, in a unique and very effective way, the individual public speaking / presentation strengths and weaknesses of each of the participants.

Through a series of video recorded public speaking exercises, each participant was able to self-identify (with help or prodding by the facilitator if required) specific areas where their presentation skills were lacking or could be further improved.  Each participant was then very effectively coached on their specific issues for the remainder of the day.

Every single participant in the course showed a remarkable improvement in their presentation skills by the end of the day.

The quality of the course material provided was also exceptional.   Each participant was given a document with some tips common to everyone, plus details on the specific areas identified for each of the participants to keep working on post workshop.  To back this up and reinforce the learning, participants were also provided with a video recording of the presentations they made on the day.
